How do I choose the right size?

We recommend measuring your dog head to rear, then using our size guide to determine the appropriate size bed you will need. You can find the size guide button on the product page near the description.

We provide both internal and external dimensions to ensure you have a good idea of not only how your pet will fit, but also space requirements in your home.

How do I wash the bed?

Our beds come with removable covers, so simply unzip the cover and place in the washing machine.

Please note that you should always set the washing machine to 'wool' mode, otherwise it will damage the fur.

Most standard laundry detergents are ok to use. No other parts of the bed, such as the memory foam, require cleaning.

How should I dry the cover?

Please dry the cover by hanging it on a washing line. Machine drying can damage the fabric.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship all our orders out either same day or the day after being placed. Generally our shipments take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the location. Rural areas may take slightly longer. All our orders are shipped via Australia Post or StarTrack.

How much is the shipping cost?

All our orders are shipped free via Australia Post standard service or via StarTrack for our larger beds.

Is my package trackable?

All orders will be provided with a tracking number so you will be able to see where the package is as well as estimated delivery date.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We are able to accept returns if you wish to change the size of your bed within 14 days of the purchase date. For our beds, the plastic seal must be unopened to qualify. For covers we are able to accept a return irrespective as they are not vacuum sealed.

All items being returned must be in an unused condition.

Please note any shipping charges associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange my item for a different one?

Certainly. We are happy to exchange our products for different colours and/or sizes provided they are unopened. Please contact us an support@snugglesbeds.com and we will be happy to help.

Warranty

Do you provide a warranty?

Absolutely. We provide a 12 month warranty on all products against manufacturing defects or faults.

The warranty is limited and does not cover normal wear & tear or damage caused by pets, such as from chewing or biting at the cover etc.
